Another Fleece Jacket

I love how easy fleece is to sew up. Although I wish the pockets were perfect, they are not, the thing about sewing, at least for me, nothing turns out perfect.
Also Payton has lost his two bottom teeth. He is so excited about it.

Tis the season... For fleece

I love sewing with fleece, it's easy!
Hate to admit this but in all the time I've sewed this is my first time doing pockets. I don't know what I was so afraid of. 😅

Dresses

Originally this little girls dress had all the petals sitting in the bottom of the dress. I tacked them all into place. I think it looks much better.

Beside the fact that I am chubby I love how this dress turned out. It's the first dress that I actually wanted to wear in public after I made it. haha. It has a hidden zipper in the back that looks awesome. Can't wait to make another one.

Wing Chair Re-Upholstery

This isn't my first upholstery job but it is the hardest I've done as of late. I'm happy that's it's finished but annoyed at all my little mistakes. I thought I would have enough fabric to do one color, turns out not the case. So it has two colors, the second fabric is not my favorite but I didn't have many fabrics to choose from. I now know what to do and what to do different. I'm excited to try another one!

Airplane denim Quilt

Nick asked me to make this for one of his customers, his request was make it long because he is tall and it has to have airplanes because he has one. The back of the quilt has a map with airplanes on it. The front has a Snap-On logo and his last name embroidered on it.

 Forcing Nick's help.
All Finished.

Lastest Projects

King quilt in progress...hope it turns out like I'm hoping.
I made these quilt block when I lived in Hurricane, UT (4 yrs ago), finally put them together so I could be warm while wasting time watching t.v.
To many different odd colors for my liking but it happens.
Wool jacket I made for my  mom. Wool is awesome to sew with. Does have that wool smell when you are steaming it though. (not my fav)
First time hand sewing this stitch. I believe it's called the catch stitch.
Table runner and placemats. Christmas gift for the mother in law.

Got put in charge of the preschool Christmas party, stole these cute ideas from Pinterest.
